How do I purchase?

To use our system, create an online account, this will send you a data key for accessing our data. 

From this online account window, click on the [Buy Licenses/Lookup Credits] button.

This will allow you to purchase the Licenses/Lookup Credits you require.

How to make payment?

After ordering the Licenses/Lookup Credits, you will have the option to pay by PayPal or Google checkout.

Once payment is made your account will be automatically activated for all postcode areas.

Can the credit packs be used within my organisation on our Intranet?

The Royal Mail Terms and Conditions specify that for use within an organisation, by an employee, using any interface, that a license must be purchased for each user.  This includes the use on Intranet or web application.

Can a User License be used on my public web site?

The Royal Mail Terms and Conditions specify that for use on a public web site, you must purchase credit packs and pay per address search.
